Huckleberry’s Breakfast & Lunch Makes Oregon Debut in Gresham

Huckleberry’s is bringing a taste of the Louisiana bayou to the Pacific Northwest with its first Oregon restaurant.

From the RestaurantNews.com article, Huckleberry’s Breakfast & Lunch Makes Oregon Debut in Gresham:

Located at 881 SW Highland Dr., the locally owned and operated restaurant officially opened on July 13. The new Gresham location serves Southern-inspired comfort food and brunch favorites seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Guests can enjoy Huckleberry’s signature dishes, including Mardi Gras Beignets, Stacked Chicken & Waffles, Cajun Benedict, Shrimp Po’ Boys, Fried Green Tomatoes and Louisiana Catfish, along with specialty coffees, Huck’s Swamp Tea and Huckleberry Lemonade.

The bayou experience extends beyond the menu, with a weeping willow tree, twinkling fireflies, Zydeco music, colorful murals and playful alligator accents creating a welcoming destination for families, friends and brunch lovers.

“Guests are greeted like family in an atmosphere infused with Southern charm; it’s a place to enjoy comfort food served with genuine hospitality,” says Greg Graber, CEO of Heritage Restaurant Brands.

The Gresham opening marks an exciting milestone for Huckleberry’s as the brand expands into Oregon and introduces its distinctive combination of Southern hospitality, craveable comfort food and immersive bayou atmosphere to the Pacific Northwest.
